We want you to love your candle.

Because each Just a Few Notes candle is hand-poured in small batches, we don't accept returns or exchanges on used candles or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, though, that's a different story.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at notes@sojustafewnotes.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or offering another solution.
